Top Dog City currently does not require registration to browse or
add content to our Website. This may change at any time in the future and will be
advertised via the Home Page. Top Dog City collects your e-mail address via the
Brick Application Form only. Your e-mail is used for the purposes of monitoring the
volume of Brick Applications from any given individual. The e-mail is the only form
of identification we use to monitor applications that should not exceed 4 per building.
Top Dog City will also use this e-mail in order to communicate - once annually - of the
League results (usually in April). We will also use the e-mail as a means of
notification if you are a winner of any prize. Top Dog City will not communicate
with you for any other reason. We do not support SPAM in any form and we will not
sell or rent your e-mail to a Third Party.
The Brick Application Form offers you the choice to be excluding from receiving such
communications from us. Those who opt not to be contacted in this way, will not
receive any communication from us in respect of the Annual League results. Nor will they
be included in any prize draws. Brick Applications are accepted regardless of choice but
must contain your e-mail address for monitoring purposes only.
Information on demographics
Top Dog City also requests on the Brick Application Form "What country are you
from?". This information helps us to tailor prizes and freebies and is used for
statistical reporting but is not attributed to you as an individual.
How is this information stored?
All communications, contributions and Brick Application Forms to the Website are
stored electronically.

information or any other communication you transmit or post to our Website (other than
your personal information) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary unless
we are advised to the contrary and we will have no liability for it. Top Dog City will be

all data, images, sound, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial
or non-commercial purposes. Users of our Website are prohibited from posting or
